Billy Idol

Billy Idol is a Punk Rock musician and songwriter who rose to fame in the 1980s with a string of hit songs and music videos. With his sneering grin, bleached blond hair and rebellious attitude, Idol became one of the iconic figures of early MTV. While Idol was a bonafide superstar during the 80s, his popularity waned in the 90s with the emergence of Grunge. After a twelve year hiatus, Idol released the album Devil's Playground in 2005.
