College Football Career
Prior to playing professionally, Bajema played college football with the Oklahoma State Cowboys in the NCAA. He played in 46 games and recorded 52 receptions for 709 yards and four touchdowns. Bajema earned All-Big 12 and All-American honors. Bajema made his NFL debut with the San Francisco 49ers in 2005, playing in 15 games and recording five receptions for 54 yards. He played in 30 games between 2006 and 2007 mostly as a backup tight end and on short-yardage blocking situations and as an occasional long snapper.
