Conservative political pundit Bill O'Reilly is a syndicated newspaper columnist, talk radio host and television personality. He is the host of the Fox News Channel's The O'Reilly Factor and author of seven books including 2006's Culture Warrior and the 2007 children's book Kids Are Americans Too.

On October 13, 2004, Bill O'Reilly filed a lawsuit against O'Reilly Factor producer Andrea Mackris, claiming that Mackris had threatened O'Reilly with sexual harassment charges unless he paid her more than $60 million.The Smoking Gun: Female Aide in $60M Extort Bid Mackris, in turn, filed a sexual harassment complaint against O'Reilly.
