Animator Bill Melendez passed away on Tuesday September 2, 2008 at the age of 91. Melendez animated the "Peanuts" characters, working on A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and You're A Good Sport Charlie Brown. He gave the voice to Snoopy and Woodstock. Melendez also animated Garfield on the Town and Cathy. Melendez died peacefully at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California.Reuters: Oscar Nominated and Emmy Award Winning Animator...
