Bill Heard Enterprises is an automotive dealership company that was first built in 1919 by W.T. Heard Sr. in Columbus, GA. The company has remained as a family owned company and began expanding their automotive dealership. This company grew tremendously and soon they had 14 dealerships. Unfortunately, during the recession this group of dealerships was unable to save their company and 3500 employees lost their job. They used to be one of the major sellers of Chevrolet cars and trucks. The company decided to close all of its dealership locations that were throughout the United States.
