His Sunday program, Live on Sunday Night, it's Bill Cunningham, is syndicated to over 300 radio stations nationwide. On February 26, 2008, Cunningham sparked controversy when he spoke at a rally for Republican presidential candidate John McCain and said that the media would "peel the bark off Barack Hussein Obama." McCain has officially disassociated himself from Cunningham's comments.
