• Bill Blass was an American clothing designer with a fashion line of the same name. Founded in 1946, Blass expanded his line of womenswear to include swimwear, furs, luggage, perfume, and chocolate. By 1998 Bill Bass clothing had grown into a $700 million dollar a year business.

  Bill Blass pasted away in 2002 from throat cancer. Peter Som and Michael Bastian will be taking over as the new designer for the Bill Glass label.
