Biker Build Off is a television series where motorcycle builders compete on building the best, custom motorcycle. It began with the wildly popular television special entitled The Great Biker Build Off.
Each week pits two professional builders against each other. Each team has ten days to build their bike. They then bring it to a shop that is not near either participant's fan base. Once at the new shop they take their bikes for a road test to show off their work. After the ride the viewing audience chooses who will win the episode.
The winner is later declared and goes on to compete in that year's World Biker Build Off which happens at the end of the season.
