BigStage is a company that developed software allowing users to create 3D avatars of themselves using photographs of their faces. BigStage was discussed in Paul Otellini's Keynote address at CES 2008.

BigStage envisions numerous uses for 3D avatars, including:

1. Entertainment: Put yourself in your favorite movies, TV shows, commercials, sports highlights, video clips, music videos, etc.
2. Communication: Use your avatar in ecards, messages and emails to your friends and family or integrate it into your favorite social networking sites.
3. A virtual self: Place yourself in video games or for use in virtual worlds
