• Biggest Loser: Couples airs the last episode before the finale on May 5, 2009. The program follows the final four contestants as they leave the weight loss compound and try to maintain the healthy lifestyle and habits they have learned in real world situations.

  The crew returns to the camp and talks about their experience trying to maintain their weight on their own. Old winner, Michelle Aguilar, will also return as the group prepares to run a full marathon. For those who finish, they receive $10,000 to give to their favorite charity. At the end of the race, two contestants are eliminated and two head toward the grand finale on May 12, 2009.
