Helen Phillips was the winner of the second season of Biggest Loser Couples. The finale aired on May 12, 2009.
Gerald "Jerry" Hayes, the oldest contestant on any edition of Biggest Loser took home the $100,000 prize after having lost the most weight of the eliminated contestants.
Helen Phillips and Tara Costa lost enough weight to get into the finals, while the coveted third spot in the finale went to Mike Morelli after his father Ron Morelli was eliminated by a public vote from the viewers.

Season One
Three finalists were competing for the grand prize of $250,000. Two of the three finalists, Ali Vincent and Kelly Fields, were chosen prior to the finale. The third spot was filled by Roger Schultz, after an online vote by viewers. After the final weigh-in, Ali was declared the first-ever female winner of The Biggest Loser. All total, she lost 112 pounds over a period of six months. -
