Vice President Joe Biden referred to one of President Barack Obama's past campaign ads as "terrible. The ad attacked political rival John McCain as being out-of-touch and out-of-date, alluding to McCain's admissions of computer illiteracy and lack of economic knowledge. Biden said that if he had anything to do with the ad, it would have never ran.
Biden later confessed that he had never seen the ad personally, but had read reports about it.
