Bianca Wisniewski was a female construction supervisor in New York who filed a $20 million sexual harassment lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase and others in July of 2009. On October 18, 2009, Wisniewski was killed in a fire at her apartment in Queens, New York. The 44-year-old Wisniewski's 17-year-old daughter Olivia and two others in the apartment survived. Bianca Wisniewski was working as a safety coordinator at JP Morgan Chase's Park Avenue construction site in October of 2007. At the time she claimed she was regularly being harassed.
