Beverly Hills Cop II is a 1987 film directed by Tony Scott and was the first sequel in the Beverly Hills Cop series. The film stars Eddie Murphy as Detective Axel Foley. Detective Foley is back again in Beverly Hills to visit his friend Captain Andrew Bogomil (Ronny Cox) in the hospital, as Captain Bogomil has been shot by a tall woman.
