Betty Lichtenstein is a Connecticut woman who posed as a nurse and worked at the clinic of neurologist Dr. Gerald Weiss, giving injections and providing medical advice. She also reportedly paid nearly $3,000 for a dinner at which she accepted the "Nurse of the Year" award from the Connecticut Nursing Association, an organization that does not exist.
