The 82nd Academy Awards was held on March 7, 2010 and aired live, from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. There were five nominees for the Best Sound Editing award. The nominees were Avatar, The Hurt Locker, Inglourious Basterds, Star Trek and Up.
