Career

Ben Kweller got his start as a teenager in the critically admired but short-lived band Radish. Radish secured a major label deal with Mercury Records, and although they toured to promote their debut album, they didn't see much success. They got out of their record deal before they could release a follow up, and Kweller embarked on his solo career.

Kweller signed to Dave Matthews' label ATO Records in 2001 and released an album, Sha Sha, that became an underground indie hit. Since then he has released three more solo studio albums, toured with Ben Folds and Ben Lee, and expanded his fan base significantly.
