A former star in Australian Rules Football before coming to the NFL in 2005, Graham played 12 years for his hometown team of Geelong before signing with the Jets in 2005. Graham attended Deakin University in Melborne, Australia, concentrating in marketing and management. He was an Australia Day Ambassador in 2002-03 and is currently an Ambassador for the Great Ocean Road, a top-ranked tourist attraction, a road that hugs the coast of Victoria. Graham attended the Ray Pelfrey Kicking School in Reno, Nevada, for two weeks to learn the American punting style and refine his technique after playing 12 seasons.
