Ben Caylor is a contestant on season 4 of the Fox reality cooking show Hell's Kitchen. Caylor and 14 other aspiring chefs will face various cooking challenges given to them by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The winner gets a job as executive chef at Ramsay's new restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
Caylor is a former chef, who has also worked as an electrician. He grew up in the North Carolina town of Boone, and moved to Charlotte in 2003.
