When you are playing this game its better to make the matches in rows rather than columns, as more jewels will move. Once more jewels move its easier to make matches.

A player scores points for making matches of the same colored gems in Bejeweled 2. You can make matches of three, four, or five gems and successful each match will score different points.

Matching four gems will release a sparkly gem. When a player successfully matches it to gems of the same color, a cascade of falling gems occurs.

When five gems are matched this creates a hypercube which will detonate all the gems of the same color. To activated this once you have the hypercube, simply touch an adjoining gem.
