Step 1: Prepare Eyelids

1. Using a soft brush, prepare eyelids with eye base to prevent eyeshadow and eyeliner from smudging.

2. Dust eyeshadow across lids to serve as a contrast to the dark liner.

Step 2: Apply Eyeliner

1. Line the inside of the eye with a black kohl pencil eyeliner.

2. Using a gel liner with a brush, apply eyeliner on top lash line. Next, apply eyeliner on the bottom lash line. Add a wing to the lower or upper lash line, depending on your preference. When you reach the outer corner of your eye, slightly flick your wrist to create the wing.
