What You'll Need
- Lip primer
- Neutral lip liner
- Lipstick
Step 1: Choosing the Right Shade
The most flattering lip tones tend to be one or two shades darker than your natural lip color.c If you have light hair and skin, try medium tones such as pink, peach or beige. If you have dark hair and light skin, try medium tones with richer colors, such as caramel or deep pink. If you have medium skin and hair, try lighter shades. For those with dark skin, try plum or wine shades.c
Step 2: Apply Lip Primer
Start with primer. It is the most important thing for your skin and lips, as it keeps them moisturized. Step 3: Apply Lip Liner
Starting at the middle of your upper lip, apply neutral lip liner.Step 4: Apply Lipstick
Apply lipstick. Step 5: Apply Lip Gloss
Apply lip gloss for a fuller look. You don't need to worry about applying all over lip. Start in the center and work out from the middle. References
