How to Choose the Right Eyeliner
Depending on what look you're trying to go for, If you have oily eyelids, choose an eyeliner that is water resistant.
Eyeliner cream works great for people with oily eyelids. They tend to go on smoothly and most are water resistant. If you want to put it on your water line, you should use an eye kohl.
Pencil Eyeliner
Pencil eyeliner allows you to draw a clean, precise line. There are hard eye pencils and soft eye pencils. The soft eye pencil contains wax that makes it easier to apply. Liquid Eyeliner
Liquid eyeliner gives you the most intense and dramatic line out of eyeliner options.c It is applied with a fine brush or with a fine sponge-tip applicator. Cream Eyeliner
Cream eyeliner usually comes in a jar form and is applied with a damp eyeliner brush. It dries much faster than liquid eyeliner and has similar results.c References
