Applying Glitter Eyeliner
- Apply powdered eye shadow above eyelids.
- Apply black eyeliner. Slightly smudge the liner into
shadow using your fingers. 
Apply glitter using an angle brush where the shadow is lightest and diffuse into lash line. 
For more of an effect, add black eyeliner and glitter on the bottom. 
Apply glitter.
