Step 1: Preparing Your Eyes
Put on your glasses before you do your makeup and see where the frame sits on your face. Focus on the lash line to prevent your makeup from interfering with the frame. Prepare eyelids with a neutral-toned eye base.
Step 2: Apply Shadow and Eyeliner
Apply light shadow for a nice contour and crease. Contouring creates a sense of balance, adding definition to your makeup with color. To contour your eyes, starting from the edge of your eye closest to your nose, move the brush in an upward motion towards the temple. 
Using a medium-toned neutral brown shadow, contour a little bit more. 
With an eyeliner, apply liner on the water line. 
Using a cotton pad, mix eye shadow into lash line.Step 3: Apply Mascara
Apply mascara in an upward motion.
