Baylee Littrell is the six-year-old son of Backstreet Boys lead singer, Brian Littrell.

Originally, Baylee was treated for strep throat, hand, foot and mouth disease and erythema multiforme. While in the Scottish Rite's hospital, Baylee underwent additional testing, including a biopsy, blood tests, an EKG and 2 echocardiograms, before being diagnosed with atypical Kawasaki disease.Brian Littrell Official Site: BrianLittrell.com

After being diagnosed, Baylee Littrell had an IVIG treatment to decrease inflammation of his arteries.
