Background
Batwoman came into the comic book scene as a spark for Batman back in the 1950s. After a two decade run, the wealthy bat companion met an untimely demise at the hand of assassins. Today, Batwoman is getting a new lease on life. First spotted in 2006, she is now set to appear on a regular basis in the DC Universe.
