The second half of the final season of Battlestar Galactica premieres on January 16, 2009 at 10 p.m. on the Sci-Fi Channel and Space Network. The show's creators, Ronald D Moore and David Eick, have promised viewers that the final ten episodes of the series will tie up the loose ends from the previous seasons.

Battlestar Galactica, the re-imagined series, is a science fiction television show about a group of survivors forced into space after a group of human-created service machines known as cylons evolve and declare war on their creators.
