About the Game

The story of Batman Arkham Asylum revolves around Batman's trip to deliver the Joker to the asylum. But Batman is unaware that the villains imprisoned there have set up a trap for the caped crusader. The script for the game was written by Paul Dini, the same writer who won an Emmy for his work on Batman the Animated Series. Voice talent from the animated series returns in this game as well with Mark Hamill voicing the Joker and Kevin Conroy voicing Batman.
Eidos and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment are hailing the game as a "haunting action detective game." The CEO of Eidos said in the game's announcement, "In Batman: Arkham Asylum Eidos and Warner Bros. are building a true action adventure game experience worthy of gamers and fans.
