28-year-old Kile Wygle was arrested in March 2009 for driving under the influence after allegedly driving a bar stool equipped with a motorcycle engine. 28-year-old Kile Wygle was arrested after allegedly driving a motorized bar stool while under the influence in March 2009. Wygle was charged with driving the bar stool while under the influence of alcohol and driving while under suspension. He has pleaded not guilty.
