Ohio police chief Barry Carpenter faces over twenty years in prison if convicted of the handful of felony charges against him. Allegations
Carpenter, along with his alleged co-conspirator, Bridgeport, Ohio, Police chief Chad Dojack are accused of planning to break in and remove items from Michelle Ross' house. Prosecutor T. Shawn Hervey alleges that the men planned to steal items that proved that Ross was the surrogate to the Parker and Broderick's twins and then sell these items to celebrity photographers.
