On November 15, 2007 Bonds was indicted on four perjury charges and one count of obstruction of justice. On December 7, 2007 Bonds' attorney Allen Ruby entered a plea of not guilty in response to these charges.

1. Bonds was released on $500,000 personal recognizance
2. Though no trial date was set, Bonds is scheduled for a February 7th status hearing
