Barron Hilton is the younger brother of socialites Nicky and Paris Hilton.
Fernando Mendoza Tellez launched a lawsuit against Hilton in early February 2009 for injuries he claims he sustained in 2008 after being struck by Hilton's car at the 76 Station where he was employed. On February 12, 2008, Barron Hilton was arrested for DUI in Malibu at 8:30 AM. On March 6, 2008, he was officially charged by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office with driving under the influence, having above a .08 blood alcohol level, unlawful use of a license and unlicensed driving.
