Barbecuing is a type of cooking that is done on a grill. Most people barbecue meat like beef, pork, chicken or fish, but there are many things that can be cooked on a grill.
Types
There are two main types of barbecue grills, the charcoal grill and the gas grill. Both work equally good it's just a matter of preference. A charcoal grill you will need to buy charcoal and fluid or wood. Different types of wood give the meat a different flavor. A gas grill will need bottled natural or propane gas to work. The benefit of a gas grill is there is no mess like there is with a charcoal grill and it is easier to control temperature.Barbecuing Tips
