The National Journal's Almanac of American Politics, edited by conservative writer Michael Barone and Washington Post columnist Richard Cohen, rates President Barack Obama as 77% liberal and 21% conservative in the 'Social' category, 87% and 0% in the 'Economic' category, and 85% and 12% in the 'Foreign' category, based on his Senate voting record in 2006.Almanac of American Politics: Barack Obama (December 5, 2007) Obama has published his policy positions on his website, in a document called "The Blueprint for Change."
