Definition:
Bankruptcy is a legal procedure inacted to declare an inability to pay outstanding personal or company debts to creditors. A Bankruptcy Petition can be filed by a creditor against a debtor to acquire some repayment of an outstanding debt, in which case the procedure is called an involuntary bankruptcy. A petition filed by the debtor is called a voluntary bankruptcy -
