Gameplay
Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal is a direct sequel to Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, featuring three new chapters, the highly difficult Watcher's Keep dungeon and extra high-level spells and equipment. The game significantly raises the level-cap present in Shadows of Amn to level 40, allowing players to create an extremely powerful and specialized team of characters. Players can level up their characters by battling and completing quests throughout the game's roughly 30 hour campaign.GameSpot: Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal Review (June 26, 2001)
