A company called HairDX is offering a DNA Baldness Test to men who are worried about the possibility of hair loss in their future. The test, which can be ordered online, involves swabbing the inside of the cheek, then sending it in to test for a specific gene that HairDX claims is found in 95% of bald men. Critics of the test, however, say that it is inaccurate, particularly because there is a wide variety of genes that could potentially cause baldness.
