Bait Bandits is one of the many new daily quests that is included in the new World of Warcraft 2.4 Patch which came out on March 25, 2008.
Bait Bandits is one of the fishing quests in which you must gather a Blackfin Darter and bring it to Old Man Barlo. He can be found at Simmyr Lake, northeast of Shattrath City. You won't want to fish in the lake as Blackfin Darter fish will most likely be catchable in moving water.
Keep in mind that the Blackfin Darter fish is not very easy to catch, your line may break because of all the nibbling which means you must pull the line at the last moment in order to catch it. Once the quest has been completed, you will receive a "Bag of Fishing Treasures".
