Bacon Explosion is a recipe that found its way around the Internet in 2009. The recipe features layers of thick cut bacon, Italian sausage, barbecue sauce and other seasonings all wrapped up into a giant pork log. The Bacon explosion is created by layering bacon bits atop uncased sausage.
