Fifteen of the women, who were rejected by Jason Mesnick on the reality series The Bachelor, return in the "Women Tell All" episode. Mesnick reveals why he made certain decisions and enables the women to gain an understanding of his actions, as well as secure closure of their relationships with him.
In the season finale of the program, Deanna Pappas returned to bid for Mesnick's heart. He rejected her. Mesnick picked Melissa Rycroft to be his bride, but the two ended their relationship soon after the program ended. He declared his love for runner-up Molly Malaney on the reunion episode of the program.
The Bachelor

The Bachelor is a reality television show about women who vie for the affection, and ultimately a proposal of marriage, from an eligible male. Each week the bachelor hands out a rose to each lady, in which he is interested, during the "Rose Ceremony." The women who do not receive a flower are sent home.
"The Women Tell All"

Host Chris Harrison puts the more colorful contestants in the "hot seat" and asks them pointed questions about their feelings and dates with the bachelor and about their relationships with the other women. The bachelor joins the ladies and they are allowed to ask him questions. Many of the women use this episode to vent their anger to the other women or the bachelor and others use it to try to make sense of their journey on the show. The studio audience is also invited to ask the contestants questions.
Some of the highlights include Mesnick's explanation of what happened in the tent with Molly (they just talked and kissed), and the ladies confront Natalie while she is in the hot seat. Previous show contestants Fred and Noelle are seriously dating and were shown at gatherings that they continue to have with other contestants.
