Babies R Us is a division of Toys R Us which launched in early 1996 in Westbury NY, NY. It has since grown to over 260 locations, specializing in products for infants from preemies to 48 months.

Babies "R" Us offers convinent and easy baby gift registration. You can create, update, and look up baby registries online and in the store. When you sign up for a registry in the store a store employee will provide you with all the information you will need while choosing gifts. The employee will give you a list of popular baby registry items and a list of recommended items that your baby will need during their first year. You will also be given a scanner that you will take around the store. You will use it to scan any items that you would like to put on your registry. You can use the recommendation list and the popular registry items list to help you along the way. You will always be able to change and update your registry later.
