Autism Speaks is advocacy group that educates the public about autism. Autism Speaks has merge with both the National Alliance for Autism Research (NAAR) and Cure Autism Now in 2006. April 2, 2009 marks the second annual Autism Awareness Day as designated by the United Nations.
