The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, located at the University of Texas at Austin, is a Frommer's exceptionally rated attraction in Austin. This "lovely, colorful complex" is home to a little under 180 acres of wildflowers for the "study and preservation" of the area's "native plants." One of the "display gardens" is made just to attract butterflies.
