August Briggs Winery is located in Napa Valley, California. This is a small family owned and operated winery, which started by specializing in Pinot Noir and then expanded to many more varieties. There are not many bottles available, as there tend to be less than 350 cases of one type of wine produced a year. However the bottles are reasonably priced, and can be bought here for in between 30 and 50 dollars a bottle.

Tastings and Tours
This winery is very open to tasting and tours. Visitors are gladly welcome and can come in to taste some wines, sometimes even straight from the barrels! It is also possible to see the fermentation and the grape sorting. Overall this is a very friendly winery. The winery is open from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. For groups of 5 or more an appointment is necessary and can be done by calling the winery (707-942-4912). This same number can be called for barrel tasting reservations as well. -
