The 2008 Atlantic 10 Tournament determines the 2007-08 championship for men's basketball in the Atlantic 10 Conference. Seeding for this single elimination tournament is based upon the regular season standings.

History
In 1975 Atlantic Conference started with eight school member and has grown into a 14 university. Leland Byrd was named the Conference first commissioner and established the commissioner's office in Pittsburgh. In 1984, He was replaced by Charlie Theokas who remained for 15 and half month he resigned on December 31, 1985 and replaced by Ron Bertovich. Bertovich expanded the conference and established Atlantic Television Network that won multiple Emmy Awards. -
