ATLAH is the term that controversial Pastor James David Manning believes God gave him as the new name for the Harlem neighborhood of New York City. It is commonly used, however, to refer to Manning's church, the Atlah World Missionary Church (located in Harlem).

In a November 2009 video addressed to President Barack Obama, ATLAH's Pastor James David Manning referred to Obama as "the long-legged mack daddy Obama" and called him a "dark spirit." Manning claims Obama is an illegal alien with a doctored birth certificate.
