Athlete's Foot

Athlete's foot is a fungal infection that is caused by the same fungus that causes ringworm and jock itch.

Athlete's foot affects the area between the toes and the feet. Since this area of the body is often a warm and moist environment, the fungus that causes athlete's foot is able to flourish.
