An amateur stargazer in Canada claims he captured video of a NASA tool bag lost by astronaut Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper on November 18, 2008. Kevin Fetter filmed the $100,000 bag of tools streaking across the sky from his backyard in Brockville, Ontario. Fetter used a high-powered telescope to find the bag and videotape it.
