The templars are a secret group of enemies in the game Assassin's Creed, which can be optionally hunted down and assassinated. The templars will attack Altair without provocation. They are faster and stronger than normal guards.

- Three in Jerusalem poor
- Three in Jerusalem middle
- Three in Jerusalem rich
- Three in Damascus poor
- Three in Damascus middle
- Four in Damascus rich

- Three in Acre middle
- Three in Acre rich
- When all are killed unlocks "Personal Vendetta" achievement
- Total of 60 templars
